What else would you like to say about your experience?
All you guys do great, except for the fact that you need a little bit more improvement with actually listening to the parents. So like if something was to go on and you're just sitting there trying to get me to stop talking and start assuming things instead of letting me explain the situation, instead of rushing me out of the office, that would be a greater improvement.
