Sarah took the time to make sure I felt safe and comfortable with the exercises she wanted me to do. I had surgery on my foot and still have a lot of fear regarding moving it, and she didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured in any way. She was kind and helpful. I felt like I was her only patient that day, the focus on quality care is appreciated
