Dr Varghese and her staff are just the best. There are never any issues and if I have any problems they take care of me immediately. Dr Varghese has been so helpful with me in trying to find out what GLP1 drug will help me with my diabetes and my weight loss. Getting g a straight answer from the drug companies and insurance companies has been a real challenge. In the end what I thought I was going to pay ended up being less. Dr Varghese has been right there with me thru the struggle. We communicate thru the portal and it works out great. I am so glad Dr Varghese is my doctor and looking out for my best interest.

Dr. Varghese is the best Endocrinologist that I have had. She listens to me and reviews my test results. She makes suggestions that really helps me. I have had other Endocrinologist and she has me under control better then the others. I look forward to my next appointment.

I am always impressed by how knowledgeable Dr. Varghese is of my medical history, including recent details that she only knows because she took the time to look in MyChart. She respects my experiences with my Diabetes, and allows me to take charge, with a willingness to help anywhere I need it, always being a partner in the process. I particularly love that she is understanding of the importance of my whole health, and not just my Diabetes. I feel supported, and encouraged, and that is a wonderful thing when dealing with any medical concerns!

The initial appointment felt very personalized. Dr. Varghese listened carefully to my concerns, details about my medical history, and accepted input about care that I'm seeking. She was able to give me actionable insights and a clearer path forward on future treatment. I am extremely satisfied with the care I received.

Dr. Varghese is a consummate professional. She is caring, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. She took her time to get to know me and all of my medical issues that needed monitoring or follow-up. I was apprehensive about changing practices after my former endocrinologist retired, but after meeting with the new doctor, I feel very confident and reassured going forward.

The medicine request app issue. I requested refills on 2 separate occasions in November. Failure in filling request. On two separate occasions I enter the facility to obtain a reason why I couldn't get my refill. The front desk personnel went to the back and return. They stated someone will check into my issue and contact me. Fail to resolve my issue and contact me.

Hard to get a cancelation if the need occurs. I almost was involved in a accident outside of the building. Someone passed on the right shoulder. Between that and the snow I was upset. I was also recovering from the flu. I told the doctor about my sensor problem and medicine shortage. I try to keep her informed.

I trust the medical team at Virtua Endocrinology more than virtually all other medical perpsonnel I currently see. They are attentive, prompt, knowledgeable, and informative. Even though I spend most of my time in Florida, I make it a point to schedule office visits around my trips back home to New Jersey due to their experience with me and my trust in them.

The person who helped me at reception was wonderful; her concern and attention were outstanding, even though my English is still limited. She overcame every obstacle to give me special attention.
