Sarah was great. Kind and friendly and gave me great suggestions to keep my treatment plan on course.

I believe I accidentally rate her as only “Good” on one question. That was intended to be “Very good”.
For Sarah there should have been another level above “Very Good”. I wanted to rate her “Excellent” for all questions.

Sarah was a great listener and explained what was going on in my body in a way I could understand. She made a plan so I can get relief! She was incredibly kind and caring as well.

Sarah was professional and courteous while still being human and kind. She kept the pace of the appointment going so we used our time well. She was respectful and complimentary of other providers within SSM Health.

Sarah is an excellent provider. She also does a thorough examination.We work together on solutions and a long-range care plan that makes sense. My health conditions are rather complex & she is very careful about including the other providers on my care team in the process. I'm very happy to be working with her.And anyone else are on my file!

On many questions, the highest multiple choice answer was “very good”. That is just not a high enough response to describe Sarah. I was looking for something higher like, “outstanding”, or “exceptional”, or “one of a kind”.

Sarah is a very gifted Physical Therapist and always has alternative ways to to things to achieve the end result. She is kind, compassionate, and caring yet pushes you to do the necessary work!
