Waiting almost an hour and not being called back at a primary care doctor is just unacceptable and disrespectful of our time and schedule. Please do not over book and make it be behind. This makes me want to switch doctors

Thank y'all for always taking good care of my baby and being so understanding. Dr. Mayberry, the NPs and the MAs have always been amazing! We have never had a bad experience and everyone is so polite from the front office to the back as well as registration and the checkout desk.

I appreciate Dr. Mayberry and the care she provides. She listened to my conerns, addressed all of my questions, and provided written materials to support the verbal instructions. I felt encouraged by the end of the visit.
All of the staff I interacted with were professional and nice, from the welcoming team at the front door to the lab personnel.

So convenient and wonderful staff. My Doctor and nurse both took their time with me and even with needing labs and an x-ray, I was still only there for a total of 1 hour for everything.

Dr Mayberry is always thorough, attentive, and helpful. The wait times were excellent and I was in and out with labs at right around 1 hour.
