Sarah put my mind at ease . I was Emotionally distraught and she was both professional and comforting. Sometimes healthcare professionals are cold putting up an emotional shield. She did not do thst but maintained professional protocol

I had a very good experience with interacting with [staff] and also with Sarah, his assistant. They saw me at the agreed upon time and were very responsive to my questions. Both seemed available to continue discuss my situation as long as I needed.
