Sarah was absolutely wonderful! Made me feel so much better about the biopsy I was about to have. Explained everything and answered all my questions. She was through and took her time to be sure I was comfortable.

She apologized for the setup of the office that required me to walk past the lobby in my gown to the examining room - she understood that having to pass by a public space while in a state of undress was stressful to me. I appreciated her understanding.
