I always feel like I am a person when Sarah treats me. I don’t feel like I’m just a set of data and test results. She is extremely personable and understanding. So is Dr. Kort when I meet with Dr. Kort.

She apologized for the setup of the office that required me to walk past the lobby in my gown to the examining room - she understood that having to pass by a public space while in a state of undress was stressful to me. I appreciated her understanding.
