One very good thing is that Dr. Lagedrost will refer me to other doctors whose specialty is what I need for a particular condition. And also helping get a convenient appointment with those doctors.

Dr. Lagedrost is willing to listen to my concerns and willing to respect my wishes about any future tests. I appreciate this very much because I am not willing to take some tests that might get ordered.

Does not convey friendly demeanor, which affects my comfort during visit. Since visits are annual I feel her demeanor very imperdonable even though I have been a recurring patient. I don't know if it's cultural difference but due to the impersonable experience I feel less confident in the level of care/treatment.

I feel that Dr. Lagedrost and I have developed a regular routine where we discuss any changes, answer questions, and go over potential options as they become available. I feel we have a good working relationship where conversation is relaxed and fluid.
