Sarah Heckman was absolutely incredible during my visit on Wednesday and her follow up was unlike anything I have seen from any healthcare provider. She took the time to explain every single result from my bloodwork and even included next steps, while we try to get to the bottom of my symptoms. I also started seeing Dr. [ ] this year, who has also been an incredible listener and instrumental in me feeling like there’s hope for finding a solution to my pain. This group of healthcare providers does an excellent job of using all the tools available today, including my chart. My experience over the last 15 years with various doctors several different nurse practitioners and many different nursing staff has been outstanding. I have always been treated with respect, my questions And their answers have been at a peer to peer level - zero condescension. I brought my parents here and they both got excellent care. I have moved my husband Care here. They have worked with us on many different levels. I feel very blessed to have this group of physicians and healthcare workers taking care of me and my family.
