Dr Hagerbrant is the BEST! I will not see anyone else. Michelle her nurse is the sweetest ever! I adore her and her personality. This duo is one of the most thorough and thoughtful. Very hard to find in any profession.

The front desk is kind and patient (even when I’m not). Wait time was minimum and once in the room everything went timely. Dr Hagerbrant is an amazing PCP. She goes over (as many times as I need) everything to make sure I understand and her notes after reiterate it all. Her PA is friendly and concise and asks questions so all my information is correct. My Chart is an amazing tool. All visits, tests ordered and results along with appointments and any referrals are right at my fingertips. No way I can miss any appointments with all that information available.

Very short wait time once I arrive at the time of my appointment. Easy to check in on the Baptist Access portal. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Facility includes a lab on location to draw blood. Dr. and PA are very knowledgeable and considerate of my needs.

Every single person that I've talked with in the office is exceptionally kind and friendly. I always feel like my health is important to them, and that I'm more than just one more patient in their day. It's not that common, and it should be. I am very happy to have found this practice, and to have found Dr. Hagerbrant in particular.

Appointment times are usually accurate and you don't have to wait very long. Staff is very professional and also pleasant to be around.

For a concerning issue got in same day twice in one week. Every provider I encountered that day was incredibly comforting and caring. Very efficient run office. Any messages sent via portal responded to directly in a timely manner. So happy I did not have to leave with them coming to an agreement with Bcbs. Told my husband to switch to this office from a non Baptist provider. Love that you draw blood here too. A big plus for sure!

The staff and faculty are great. Staff is friendly, kind and very professional. Many of my family members use Baptist Medical. Also several friends have shared recommendations as I have too. Some of us have changed medical programs in order to stay with Baptist Medical. I appreciate this outstanding medical option.

Everyone I met was friendly and professional. The medical assistant was knowledgeable, patient, understanding and helpful. The doctor listened carefully and repeated back some of the things I had told her, to assure me she understood. She was thorough in her explanations and respectful of my needs and feelings.

I like the professional staff and proximity to my home. However, it is very frustrating to secure an appointment. I just had my initial appointment with my doctor. Now My doctor cannot see me in three months for a physical, so I have an appointment with a PA. Neighbors tell me they seek out other medical centers though they want to be in the Baptist system because the fruit cove office is too busy.
