Dr Hagerbrant is always kind, listens to what my concerns are, and addresses them quickly. The wait time is awesome! I’m usually out of the office within 20 minutes of my appointment. The staff is friendly and caring. I highly recommend this practice.

All of the staff was very kind, the facility was really nice and I didn’t have any wait time to go back to the room or for the doctor to come in after my vitals were taken. It was such a positive experience!

Friendliness and courteousness of staff, wonderful doctor and nurse. Always seen on time. Doctor Hagerbrant and Michelle are kind and caring. Dr. Hagerbrant is thorough and explains everything and listens. I have never had a primary as kind and caring as Dr Hagerbrant.

I always look forward to my doctor’s appt . All the workers from the front office girls , the medical assistants and the Wonderful Doctors , they are all Awesome . They make you feel at ease , very friendly and caring during the time you are with them . The office is always immaculate also . The BEST medical group I’ve ever been associated with . Everything! Everyone is friendly and I always feel cared for when I'm there. I am rarely, if ever, left waiting. My only concerns recently are whether I'll be able to come back if Cigna really does cancel their relationship with Baptist in June.
