The facilities are nice. The staff are so friendly. My medical team is so kind and thorough. I truly feel like they care about me. I love the Baptist Chart portal and how everything is all in one place. I appreciate the telehealth option since it takes me 30-35 minutes to drive to your office.

Dr Hagerbrant and staff are professional and friendly from check in to check out. I've never had a bad experience when meeting with Dr Hagerbrant. She always takes the necessary time to answer my questions and go over any test results.

Dr. Hagerbrant and Michele are both so nice and attentive. If I sit down at all in the waiting room it is only for a second before I am called back. Never have I waited to be called back or to see my doctor. Dr. Hagerbrant is really trying to find the cause of my issue and I appreciate her. She is a dear.
