Everything! Everyone is friendly and I always feel cared for when I'm there. I am rarely, if ever, left waiting. My only concerns recently are whether I'll be able to come back if Cigna really does cancel their relationship with Baptist in June.

The facilities are nice. The staff are so friendly. My medical team is so kind and thorough. I truly feel like they care about me. I love the Baptist Chart portal and how everything is all in one place. I appreciate the telehealth option since it takes me 30-35 minutes to drive to your office.
