Great staff who engage, follow through and follow up in real time! Dr Hagerbrant is very intelligent and personabke. Her genuine care and listening skills are top notch! I am very impressed by the professional and friendly staff, they are kind and efficient, they listen well and respond accordingly, they appear to have my best interest in mind when interacting with me. My doctor is wonderful! Dr Hagerbrant is knowledgeable, personable, a great listener and reassuring. I trust her to provide excellent oversight and care to me as I age. I'm very grateful to find such a good doctor. I am new to Jacksonville and I am very happy with my doctor, office staff and interaction with the Baptist healthcare system so far.

Dr Hagerbrant is an exceptional physician in that she's extremely efficient, willing to listen, highly professional, and kind and friendly. She carefully checks on your history before entering the patient room, and is updated with any specialist diagnosis,and takes time to thoroughly analyze needed lab work/tests.

I like how the lab is right there. I love the lab staff! Very well trained and nice. I like how close the office is to my house. I like the new building, very clean and quiet. Women at the front desk are very nice also. I like how the office smells. Not yucky.
