It is always a comfortable environment and experience when I go to see my primary care provider. She listens intently, goes through my chart, and provides a thorough analysis of my combined issues. I appreciate her professionalism, and the ability to make me laugh to bring up the mood. She’s a wonderful human being!

I have tricare Prime and often there is a delay in referral but this visit, the referral is already complete. This makes getting treatment much less stressful so thank you very much :)

Sarah is always great, she takes the time to listen to my concerns and gives honest and relatable advice regarding my health. She works with me to come up with a plan, and lets me know what to except if we change any medications. I’m glad she’s the provider for me and my family, she’s a true gem at Renown!

I had originally seen Dr. Reddy a couple of months ago and we just did not click - I felt rushed and it was not what I wanted in a doctor appointment. I researched and made an appoint with Ms. Herbert and I am so happy - she took a lot of time with me and we covered all my history and came up with a game plan for 2026. I felt so relieved that I had someone with whom I felt I was working with as a team. She was encouraging and I felt like my health care was important to her. I will be setting up the follow-up appointments she requested and will see her again in about 2 months.

You should have the doctor come faster than an hour after the appointment scheduled. I did not get back to work until an hour and a half after going to the clinic.

Sarah Herbert is absolutely the best medical person I have gone to at Renown. She listens, she doesn’t make me feel judged, and she genuinely cares about my well being. I feel like I can be vulnerable with her, and that’s a safe feeling.

There were several people online and the check-in lady was extremely busy. You now have a lab there at that location and the lab tech stepped up and helped to check people in. I can only assume it was because he had no lab patients right then. It was just good to know that they gave it a priority to get the people checked in

Sarah Herbert is an exceptional APRN. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional yet is down to earth and is very easy to talk to. Renown, and Renown patients are very lucky to have her!!!

The Renown mychart system has helped both the patient and the medical team keep healthcare needs and history available. It’s a user friendly process once the patients information is uploaded.

I can't base my recommendation off of one appointment. It seems most providers can manage the first visit. I'm looking for consistent quality care. My provider did listen well and address me needs, I'm very hopeful that I can establish a solid care routine with her (Herbert)
