Sarah was kind, friendly, thorough and spot on with all communication and care provided during my initial visit. I feel grateful that her office and timing correlated with my schedule and she is my new primary care provider. The office was clean and everyone I came in contact with was friendly and efficient.

Gave me reasons to have tests beside the usual "at your age". Didn't treat me just based on age. Treated me as a person factoring my age. Refreshing.

Sarah Herbert has been a fantastic care provider in every way. I have a lot of comorbidities and she is always up to date on all of my conditions and listens to me thoroughly. I could not ask for a better primary care practitioner. I am truly happy with her and plan to see her for as long as is possible. She is very knowledgeable and stays up-to-date on changes in health care and issues that affect my specific plan of care. She is, also, very pleasant and personable and genuinely cares about my quality of life as shown by providing me with a referral that markedly improved my quality of life. She is a great asset to your team as well as mine.😊

I’ve been long overdue for a wellness check and establishing care in a new area after moving. I had an easy time scheduling and was treated very kindly by all of the staff I engaged with. Sarah was so nice, communicative, and made me feel so welcomed during this visit. Will absolutely visit again.

Sarah listened to me explain my symptoms, did an exam and gave me her prognosis. She talked with me about the drugs she wanted to prescrib, and warned about interactions. I'm already feeling much better.

the top health care provider i have encountered for many many years. since moving all my medical at retirement to one primary care to organize all my medical through Renown, Sarah has been exceptional for balancing all my medical needs that required outside Renown medical expertise while allowing me to have all my surgeries done at the renown main hospital in Reno, NV. using medical personal arranged for by Sarah and referrals to accomplish all this that also keeps her aware of all that has been going on the last few years,,,, 20 stars out of 10 lol
