Sarah is the BEST!!! I was concerned about still having her as my primary with this Keiser issue but was reassured I would still have her. Thank God! She is warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

I am thrilled that I was finally able to get in for my initial appointment after having to reschedule three times. I am finally able to focus on my health (after my mother dying recently). Everyone was kind and knowledgeable.

Sarah Herbert was very patient with all my concerns even though I felt like I didn’t explain thoroughly all my concerns. She makes time to be detailed and make sure we are not missing anything that might help her analyze my concerns.

This is a great office. The only feedback I have is that the entire office staff goes to lunch at the same time. Yet appointments are scheduled during this lunch hour and there's no one to receive them. There were about 12 people in the office all getting very frustrated and when the office staff returned from lunch, they were frustrated that there were even people there, which seems counterintuitive. I didn't have any problems with my appointment as I checked in online, but some of the elderly folks that were in there were confused and frustrated.

I have completely respected Renown as a medical center and the people who are working in Renown and taking care of us. I understand Renown may be changing operations and I am concerned because I had experience with the direction that Renown seems to be going. I really appreciate what Renown has been and done and the care they have given me. And I hope with the changes coming forward that it doesn't change very much. Thank you.

Trying to get a prescription refilled and the communication with medical assistant is not good. Took way too long. My husband is now dealing with cancelled appointments. They have cancelled two. Sarah is the only reason we are still here, but we are starting to look elsewhere.

I scheduled the appointment with Sarah Herbert to address problems with my right ear in advance of audiology tests on 6/25. She examined my ear and said she could see the tympanic membrane and some filmy material deep in the canal. She tried to manually remove the "film" without success and decided not to flush it because the tympanic membrane was visible. She suggested that I proceed with my audiology test as scheduled and send her a message on MyChart if I wanted a referral to an ENT specialist who would have the necessary tool to remove the "film". She said my insurance might not cover the procedure and I would have to pay. I appreciated her efforts and candor. I hope the audiology tests won't be affected adversely.

From the front office to the doctors and even the lab, every aspect of this office was pleasant and accommodating. I felt heard, like my concerns were validated and I given the appropriate amount of time for proper care. I look forward to building a continued rapport with the doctors on future visits.
