They got me in when I was late. The PARs and tech went above and beyond for me and the doctor listened compassionately and was up front with what she could and couldn't do.

I am new to Nevada and was establishing myself to have a primary care physician. I was very impressed when Dr. Herbert’s knowledge and bedside manner. The office was clean and staff friendly. Was able to set up several tests and procedures that needed done as well as bloodwork with ease. Already have a follow up scheduled. I’m very pleased with office and confident my health care is in good hands.

The provider bedside manner left a lot of room for improvement. She had her mind set on my outcome before I was even examined. She was aware of the pain areas and was not gentle at all during the examination that it brought me to tears in pain by nausea right after. When she recommended otc meds and I asked for suggestions due to my medical history her reply was I have none to recommend? It’s allergy and decongestant meds how can you not know what to suggest to a patient as a medical provider. I felt she was not thorough and was just adamant about me getting a primary care provider and seemed to be more Focused on that issue rather than my symptoms and I had to name all the past providers I had with renown to justify that I do follow the process and get an assigned primary care but I just got the letter my current one was leaving Renown. Even after I mentioned I had nose polyps that were bleeding on the inside lining she didn’t even look inside or my eye after I mentioned they are sore and tender. I recommend she gains some empathy and exercises it with the patients she sees.

More services/disciplines (e.g. testing, dermatology, etc.) in one location is always convenient. Apparently more services are coming soon.

It was refreshing to see a provider that actually took the time to listen to and validate my concerns. I did not feel rushed or dismissed. I am feeling very confident in being under my provider's care.

I love my renown care team. Took the sting out of covid symptoms. Really appreciated Sarah being able to squeeze me in on a Friday afternoon. We live in a small community and even the pharmacies my insurance covers are not open on weekends anymore. I was able to get my script just in time. Thank you so much.

I think everything about the office that I go to see Sarah Herbert is great. Everything from the time you get your appointment and you check in, everyone's pretty thorough. So I have no complaints. I think Sarah is so attentive to make sure you understand everything, which is really cool. Thank you so much. I think I need to end it, but I don't know how.

Been with Renown for years one of the best clinics, wish they were given a lab again to do bloodwork in Carson shouldn't have to go to Reno! Sarah Herbert is absolutely amazing. Great team. I highly recommend this company.

It was my first visit. I felt heard and more than that, Sarah confirmed I do still have a heart murmer- diagnosed in my mid 20s, which during a heart workup last year Kaiser said I no longer had. Sarah was thorough, informative and extremely knowledgeable. I appreciate the time she took with me and I feel so happy to have her as my provider.
