It was my first time with new insurance for 2026. I need to do follow up care from Dr’s I saw in 2025 with previous insurance so I needed referrals with the new insurance. Sarah Herbert listened with care and asked me a lot of questions to help better understand why I needed the referrals. I felt like she cared and provided the referrals . She seems like a knowledgeable and caring nurse practitioner.

She is a professional beyond belief. She is a fresh air breath air. I can extremely recommend her to anybody I talk to if she was taking on mutations. And the facility was good. The girls were nice up front and they were extremely helpful when I went in there. So I'm good to go. Bye. Thank you.

I was a new patient and I have basically five years of medical neglect and I felt so bad because my provider, Herbert, it took almost an hour, but she took care of everything. So I felt terrible. I infringed on her time, but she definitely gave me every referral I needed and I'm feeling very confident about taking care of my health this year. So I actually think she's amazing.

I really liked the facility in general! All employees were very good! I was impressed with the fact I could do all my blood tests right there! Sara Herbert was very good and very thorough! I am hoping to be able to call her my new PA! Thank you all!

It is always a comfortable environment and experience when I go to see my primary care provider. She listens intently, goes through my chart, and provides a thorough analysis of my combined issues. I appreciate her professionalism, and the ability to make me laugh to bring up the mood. She’s a wonderful human being!

I have tricare Prime and often there is a delay in referral but this visit, the referral is already complete. This makes getting treatment much less stressful so thank you very much :)

Sarah is always great, she takes the time to listen to my concerns and gives honest and relatable advice regarding my health. She works with me to come up with a plan, and lets me know what to except if we change any medications. I’m glad she’s the provider for me and my family, she’s a true gem at Renown!

I had originally seen Dr. Reddy a couple of months ago and we just did not click - I felt rushed and it was not what I wanted in a doctor appointment. I researched and made an appoint with Ms. Herbert and I am so happy - she took a lot of time with me and we covered all my history and came up with a game plan for 2026. I felt so relieved that I had someone with whom I felt I was working with as a team. She was encouraging and I felt like my health care was important to her. I will be setting up the follow-up appointments she requested and will see her again in about 2 months.

You should have the doctor come faster than an hour after the appointment scheduled. I did not get back to work until an hour and a half after going to the clinic.

Sarah Herbert is absolutely the best medical person I have gone to at Renown. She listens, she doesn’t make me feel judged, and she genuinely cares about my well being. I feel like I can be vulnerable with her, and that’s a safe feeling.
