The doctors and staff are both great at their jobs and incredibly friendly. The waits are also short. The experience was great on both visits.

Monica the front desk employee is lovely, a great face to see when you walk in. She has been there a long time and can help with pretty much anything! Dr. Bragg is so kind and good with babies, the fact that she has her own adds a special vote of confidence as a pediatrician and mom!! :) Love everyone I have met at the clinic, they're either highly professional and helpful or like family. Best UAB facility I have ever been in!

Pleasant atmosphere with friendly personnel. This includes clerical as well as medical care. Dr Sarah Bragg is an extremely well qualified doctor and rates number one in my book for primary care.

The staff was excellent. I always feel at home and very welcome when I have a visit. Everyone I talk to is engaging and make me feel welcome. Also they all do an amazing jobs listening to my questions and answering anything.

I love Dr. Bragg. She is so attentive and caring. She listens and makes up-to-date recommendations. She has excellent bedside manners. Highly recommend her if you're looking for a PCP.
