Dr. Marschall has an amazing ability to remember small things not just about a person’s medical history, but details about them as people as well

I was informed at check-in that my new insurance (Medicaid) cannot be used as my primary insurance. Previously, I had been able to use it as secondary without any issues, so I truly appreciate being notified ahead of time. This gives me the opportunity to make the necessary arrangements before my next appointment.
Finding a primary care provider who was a good fit has been challenging, especially living in Fallon where options are extremely limited. However, once I found Dr. Marschall, the drive was no longer a concern.
From my very first visit—starting at check-in through the end of the appointment—I finally understood why people speak so highly of their primary care providers. Dr. Marschall has been an excellent fit for me, and I genuinely cannot see myself going anywhere else.

Absolutely fantastic care. Very knowledgeable about my history, very knowledgeable about my conditions, very pleasant and informative and very caring. I couldn't rate it any higher. And I think they rate 100. She does Sarah Marschall.

Everyone was great. You had no beds so I didn't sleep much and was glad I was able to go home the next day. All the nurses and doctors were wonderful.

I was very pleased to be able to see a physician the next day for a medical issue I found very important. Dr. Marschall was extremely personable, professional, knowledgeable, and willing to listen to my concerns. She immediately took care of the situation, ordered the appropriate testing, and gave me immediate feedback once she got the results. I would recommend Dr. Marschall to any patient that is looking for a new healthcare provider.

I was appreciative of getting “worked in” last minute. I needed preop clearance for surgery that was scheduled for the following day. day. I had an appt. with my primary but she called in sick the morning of my appt. I called scheduling who connected me to the front office and another provider volunteered to see me/work me in. If she hadn’t I would have had to cancel my surgery.

My stay at the hospital other than being sick was great!!!!
The nurses, doctors, and staff were all wonderful. I felt well taken care of, I felt like everyone was there to help me feel better.
We were certainly impressed with everyone, especially Isabelle (nurse) on the First Floor.

I have been uniformly delighted with the care I have received from Renown and all of your facilities. I feel respected and cared for, and I am delighted to work with you to protect and improve my health. As a transgender woman, I know that many of my trans brethren have had difficult experiences with their healthcare providers.
