This was my first visit with a new doctor and it went really well. I was very happy with the staff and doctor.

Dr Marschall is always on time, listens carefully to my issues, and has recommendations. I leave with an action plan, lab orders to follow up with, and encouragement to text her a message if I have any other concerns. Greatly appreciate her demeanor and willingness to help, plus we always find something to laugh about!!

Dr. Marschall was very friendly and listened to everything I had to say. I told her what happened and that no one can tell me exactly what happened to me so no further tests/labs were ordered that's why I had to look for answers for myself. And I even told her I've been seeing an Accupuncture Dr and showed her what labs/tests she ordered for me. Dr. Marschall looked at it and ordered labs/tests she wanted and some of the labs/tests the a Accupuncture Dr she thought were also necessary. She also ordered MRI of my brain and proceeded to explain that if all's clear, then she will have my spine checked to see what's causing my foot and hand numbness along with knee and buttocks pain. Overall, I was very satisfied with my visit. To finally have someone listen and pay attention to all of my concerns.

As a Research Psychologist I view the Medical Profession with a little skepticism however I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of everybody involved in my visit. Dr Sarah Marschall is of the highest standard one could ever ask for as a physician.

I got seen at my appointment time. I didn't have to wait very long. That's a nice change, because sometimes you end up waiting a long time to be seen, even with an appointment.

Dr marschall is great. Annual checkup this time. Very thorough exam, answered all questions, updated prescriptions. Receptionist and assistant pleasant and helpful. Good visit.

The check in process online is the clunkiest, most annoying, least useful thing that could possibly be implemented. I used to check in with the receptionist in 3 minutes now I had to sit there fumbling with the process for close to 15 minutes. The search function for pharmacies is not functional, the payment took a long time and overall I do not understand how forcing patients to use their device is patient care. The office has never had more than 1 person in line waiting to check in so this is not solving a time problem there. It feels impersonal to do check in this way and I do not know how forcing technology onto older patients seems useful.

Sarah Marschall did an outstanding job. She's great to work with. She has an amazing personality and attitude. I would even call it bedside manner. Makes you very comfortable to work with her and she's very educated and explains things in a manner that's easy to listen to and understand.

I was informed at check-in that my new insurance (Medicaid) cannot be used as my primary insurance. Previously, I had been able to use it as secondary without any issues, so I truly appreciate being notified ahead of time. This gives me the opportunity to make the necessary arrangements before my next appointment.
Finding a primary care provider who was a good fit has been challenging, especially living in Fallon where options are extremely limited. However, once I found Dr. Marschall, the drive was no longer a concern.
From my very first visit—starting at check-in through the end of the appointment—I finally understood why people speak so highly of their primary care providers. Dr. Marschall has been an excellent fit for me, and I genuinely cannot see myself going anywhere else.
