Sarah was super friendly and asked a lot of questions about my hearing. she also suggested different options for hearing aids.

Sarah Childress has been great. She is good with kids and is easy to talk with. Communication outside of appointments could be improved, I'm not sure if that issue is with Sarah or with others in the department
