What else would you like to say about your experience?
I feel very, very fortunate to have Dr. Florio as my doctor. I can't recommend her because I don't think she's taking any new patients. But I've always been treated well. She always listens and I'm just like, just very blessed to have her as my doctor.

Dr. Florio always takes the time to listen to me. She never gives me the impression that she has to hurry on to the next patient or activity. She is personable, competent and caring.

Dr. Florio is an excellent doctor! She has always professionally diagnosed my situations and health concerns. She is a gentle, caring doctor who always took time to listen to me.
I will truly miss her in the future when I finally leave MO to go be with my family up north. I pray I can find a doctor there that will be as wonderful as she is.

Dr. Florio is very personable and kind. She listens carefully, provides encouragement for improvement in health issues, explains other options if necessary, and is always smiling! She makes me feel like she's my friend. :-)

I've been going to Dr Florio for fifteen years, and I wouldn't consider seeing anyone else. She's the best Dr I've ever had. I'm confident in her ability to address any needs I might have. She is ALWAYS kind, courteous, respectful, attentive, professional, and she seems to sincerely care about me and my health. She continues to offer solutions and alternatives as my weight loss journey continues. She is genuinely proud of my progress, and I appreciate that. She is a wonderful physician because she's also a wonderful human being. I absolutely could not be happier or any more satisfied with the care I receive from her and the entire staff. She is a shining beacon of the St Luke's team, and I hope they value her abilities and attributes. She is a phenomenal asset to the organization, and should be for years.

Dr Florio has been my primary care provider for just over 2 years. She is a good listener and has been such a wonderful addition to my medical team. Dr Florio asks the important questions and gives good advice.

I was very impressed with the staff and the way they worked together and ran the office. Very friendly, helpful and competent. This was my first experience with St Luke’s system and will not be going back to HCA. Thankyou!!! And Dr. Florio was absolutely wonderful. After losing my PCP of 30 years I was dreading finding a new one. And I couldn’t be happier after seeing Dr Florio. She listened, asked questions, explained things and genuinely made me feel that she cared. So thanks to you all!!!!

It's very difficult to get an appointment or to get a reply regarding medical questions after testing. I really like Dr Florio but the communication with her staff is not timely

Dr. Florio and her staff are fabulous. I could not ask for a better doctor, and her staff is the same way. They listen to you, they put your care first, they show concern and overall I couldn't be more pleased with my care through Dr. Florio and her staff. I told her this morning in a quick note that she is the best!
