Dr Riegert was running behind schedule due to a delivery. I was informed by staff immediately that this was the case. Dr Riegert never treated me like she was running behind schedule.

Dr. Riegert got me in to see her as I was having a time sensitive need to be seen. She has so much on her plate but handles each patient as if they are the most important.

She is great as a doctor, I just feel like when I message with concerns such as food poisioning, pneumonia ect I was told to drink fluids. Ended up in the ER. I just feel like I’m a check on the list and that’s it

I wanted to recommend Sara to a friend but she, along with the others, is very hard to get into. I had a problem as a second time patient and they got me in within 24 hours. The survey did not let me go back because I think I made a mistake in a page. Sara is a wonderful provider as is her nurse. So grateful my primary referred me to this clinic. Sara is so patient and caring. You have a real gem of a provider in her. to

She takes her time and listens to new concerns that I have the older I get. She still asks about my kids that she delivered and makes sure they are doing ok also.
