Dr Riegert was running behind schedule due to a delivery. I was informed by staff immediately that this was the case. Dr Riegert never treated me like she was running behind schedule.

She is great as a doctor, I just feel like when I message with concerns such as food poisioning, pneumonia ect I was told to drink fluids. Ended up in the ER. I just feel like I’m a check on the list and that’s it
