She was great! Answered all my questions and gave me good medical advice. Aware of the guidelines for different tests I need and letting me know when I'm up for the next exams.

Dr. Muszynski was amazing. She has great bedside manner and answered all my questions. The procedures that needed to be done were done very quick.

She was condescending, belittling and rude. Also asked about irrelevant health issues and it felt like she judged when she got an answer about anything

Made me wait 30 mins past my appointment time, wasn’t even running behind, and I had to address the front desk why I was still waiting. Lacked compassion. I felt belittled and gaslit. Felt extremely unwelcome and uncared for.

Dr. Muszynski is easy to talk to and always explains things with enough detail for me to feel well-informed but also in a way that I can understand as a person without medical training. She is kind and connects person-to-person. I trust her as a doctor and a surgeon.

I had an appointment with Dr. Sara Muzinski on 12/13 in Ann Arbor and I called in on 12/14 to see a doctor for a follow-up. Dr. Downing was able to see me that very afternoon in Chelsea which is very convenient for me. The receptionist was excellent in helping me.

Dr. Muszynski is very knowledgable and incredibly helpful. She goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and provides information in a way that is easy to understand as a patient. She is caring, thoughtful and very professional.

The annual PAP test is the most loathed examination of the year. She made it the most forgettable exam of the year. That takes some skill.

Dr. M has always been professional, she is the whole package of kindness, caring and compassionate of which you cannot teach these traits. She is also extremely knowledgeable, up to date with current medical procedures and medical care.

Honestly I LOVED her. I usually go to the office in Chelsea. So I have not gotten to interact with her before and wish she could be one of the providers I could see more often. She was so kind, happy, comforting, and informative!
