At my last visit, the doctor tried to have the the office manager speak to me about all of the mistakes they had made. The office manager claimed that she was in a meeting. To add insult to injury, the manager never he even bothered to address me personally or even call me later. VERY unprofessional. I feel unrespected and unvalued.

Yes, when I was leaving the practice, I looked at my sheets that they gave me and they have my address on my paperwork from somewhere that I lived 15 years ago. I don't know how that can be since I was a patient at Hackensack Medical Center this past year several times and the information was correct. So I don't know why the paperwork from this office is incorrect, but I'm just letting you know that the house address was incorrect, but the hospital had me as a patient for several times.

Dr. Sara Mateen is one of the best doctors I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She is professional, knowledgeable, kind, a great listener, she just hits every criteria mark one would want in a physician. I cannot say enough about her to describe how thrilled I am to be a new patient of hers. I will also be recommending her to everyone I know, and in the community groups on Facebook to which I belong!

Okay, as far as the doctor goes, love her. She seemed very professional. You know, I felt comfortable talking with her about things. Of course, they're more, my history is very extensive, so she needs to get more records and stuff to make a determination. But as far as I'm concerned, as of this time, I'm very happy and I thought she was very professional. My issue, though, is more of the background stuff. For example, when you try to get into that office, the valet parking blocks the transportation to drop you off. I'm disabled, so I use a Burton County van and we were literally waiting over 20 minutes just to pull into that little corner, and that's unacceptable. They need to handle that better, you know, for people that are being just dropped off. The valet parking is very rude.

Dr. Mateen is so kind and understanding. Her professionalism is above and beyond. I recommended my fiance to her and she performed his foot surgery. He was comfortable with and over the top satisfied with the results. I will and do constantly recommend her to family and friends. And a big thank you to the wonderful staff!

From the moment that I came into the clinic to make appointments for my foot, the girls was really nice to the front desk. Very helpful. She made appointments for me as soon as possible the following week. And when I got there, one, two, three, I went there even earlier. They took me in earlier. And that's the second time I go with this doctor and she always spend quality time with me. I'm really pleased. She explained to me things. those feelings, what else I should go for, like, you know, if I need to follow up with a vein doctor instead to be a podiatrist. She was really concerned with my concerns and she was very clear what I should do and how to deal with. I'm very clear to her. I will recommend her to anyone, anyone. Thank you.

Dr. Sara Mateen is approachable and welcoming, which greatly assisted me in reducing my anxiety from a stressful situation with a hairline fracture on my toe that is a first-time experience. After the appointment, Dr. Mateen was also prompt to respond to my question submitted on the MyCharts app.
