Sara was amazing. She took time to make sure we understood everything that was going on with our newborn and what to expect. I disnt feel like the appointment was rushed and she answered all of my questions and let me nurse in the room. I really appreciated that she used the teach back method to make sure I understood everything and that she helped me figure out all of the next appointments I needed to schedule to keep my baby up to date.
