I've been to 2 appointments in a year, I've not seen my Doctor yet, only the asst. My last Doctor and I got my Cholesterol down to 109, now its higher than it has ever been. I eat the same food, I walk 4 miles 6 days a week, lost 60 pounds. Thats a pretty big gain, so I don't know why. I just get an email saying I need to eat different, and exercise more. It would be nice to have conversations like this in the office, not over the computer.
