She listens, shows concern and contributes to the conversation. At the end of the visit, she goes over what your concerns were and makes sure you understand her directions and medications going forward.

She is not my primary. I have seen her twice, and both times she was thorough, was not in a rush, and caring. I believe she is an NP and that may be a drawback for some, not for me.
