She is friendly, kind, professional and genuinely cares about her patients. She put my concerns at ease when she explained the differential levels of blood abnormalities that would constitute a diagnostic concern. Her expertise shined as bright as a star!

Dr. Santiago was my doctor for 15 years. I had to switch providers because Holy Cross was not on my insurance plan any longer for about 4 years. Luckly, the office is now accepting my insurance, and I started to see her again. I would not see any other doctor as she takes good care of my condition and always listens to my concerns.

Dr. Santiago-Casas suggested bloodwork be done next door--no appointment or papers needed. My X-rays were also done in hospital. I loved that I didn't have to run around to get these things done.

Excellent, she is the only one who demonstrates mastery of the latest advances and treatments and I say this because I consulted several rheumatologists and suffered from severe pain without anyone looking for options. Luisa is excelent at vigorously ensuring that my insurance andthe manufacturer had the necessary documents to cover the Biosimilar- Humira medication.

As a new patient, I would have preferred that my first appointment was less than a 3-month wait due to scheduling. The doctor was very thorough and requested I have additional tests to fully understand my issues.
