Creo que se necesita que las recepcionista sepan español por que la que me a tendio no sabia y hasta que se acordo de que podia ayudarse con el teléfono y yo no se el ingles pero ella muy amable resolvio seria en eso que puedan ayudarnos mas a los pacientes que tenemos ese problema gracias
