Dr Patel is kind, caring and professional, staff is wonderful ( thorough and caring ) as well from receptionist to medical assistant to nurses who check me out at end.

I left my old GI practice because I felt unseen. What a relief to not only feel seen by Dr Patel during our appointment but the visit notes also accurately represented our conversation! I am so glad to have found my way here!

I drive over an hour to go to this doctor and it is definitely worth it. All the staff from the front desk to the nurses and doctors in the back are all exceptional

Dr. Patel was amazing. He was highly attentive and really made me feel comfortable. The support staff was wonderful as well. The person that scheduled my colonoscopy was very pleasant and the nurse that helped was absolutely wonderful. I have nothing but positive things to say about everyone I encountered at this practice. I was also very impressed with how timely the appointments were. Everything was on time and it was just a wonderful place and a wonderful experience for something I was nervous about.

I really like Dr Patel and his team. They all seem informed about my illness. They are kind and considerate. And if one plan isn't working, Dr Patel is not adverse to trying something else. Glad I was referred to him.

The computer electronic system didn't allow.me to update my insurance with 3 different attempts. This needs to be fixed. The clerks at the front desk took care of it perfectly.

Dr. Patel and his team are the best. Make me feel very comfortable and they are extremely professional and knowledgeable about my situation. I was in a bad place when I first came to the office about a year and a half ago. Ever since then they've made me feel Like I really do matter and they do a great job of helping me through my medical condition. They've been great and I couldn't ask for anybody better.

Provider Dr.Sanket patel is very helpful to me about my medica issues and very well future plans making it, I have 4 GI doctors invold for me he is one of the best. My pain is reduce after he change my medicine. No doctors has done before. Thanks to Dr.patel.

Having the intestinal ultrasound is really great, I am glad that it is offered locally in NJ instead of having to travel to NYC. Having the ultrasound and consultation in one appointment helps save time too.

I always have a good feeling when I leave Dr. Patel. He is extremely thorough. He answers all of my questions. He explains things in detail. And he always spends a lot of time with me. He's never in a hurry and he never rushes me. We go over everything thoroughly before I leave the office. And they always have everything that I need as far as blood work or infusion gates, Everything is always in order when I leave. I don't have to take care of anything when I leave the office. I am very pleased. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel and his PA Patel.

Dr. Patel is awesome and the office staff is great too. [REDACTED], the nurse navigator, has not yet called me back to make an appointment for my colonoscopy. I'm just a little worried about that. Thank you.
