I really appreciate the care I get at this family practice. I especially thought that the medical assistant during my visit was very respectful, kind, professional, and listened to me. I also give Dr. Patel 100% in caring, professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. I thank your office staff for everything you do for me.

Dr Patel is an incredible listener. He knows my insurance better than I do which helps tremendously. He makes me feel relaxed, welcomed and involved during appointments. Great open discussions during visits. Staff is warm and welcoming.

Dr. Patel is a doctor who truly takes an interest in his patients medical history and planning for the present and future care of his patient. He helps coordinate all testing and care by other doctors he refers them too.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Patel, the nursing staff, and the office staff! This office runs like a finely tuned machine and most importantly, Dr. Patel is the most knowledgeable, kind and considerate doctor I know. I trust him with my life!! Thank you Virtua for this amazing group. I consider myself very fortunate to have them as my care team, led by Dr. Patel who is always a consummate professional!

The front desk person was not friendly at all. It felt like she did not want to there and kept rolling her eyes with every question I had.

Dr. Patel is an extremely intelligent doctor that has a wonderful bed side manner. He knows his patients very well and is always interested in what else is going on in your life for that may be part of your health issues. Highly highly recommend Dr. Patel. And yes I have recommended him to my friends and family

Dr Patel is a colleague and a friend. I have known him for years as we met at a nursing care facility. I invited him to care for my mother whom needed care in assisted living and memory care. He is a wonderful person who cares about what he does everyday and loves his patients. [PHI]

Overall, my experience was very good. The only area that could be improved is the front desk. The receptionist was not very welcoming or friendly. I believe additional training on how to greet and communicate with patients in a warm, professional manner would greatly enhance the overall patient experience and help the practice continue to grow. Otherwise, the medical assistant, the doctor, and the checkout process were all excellent. I truly appreciated their professionalism and care.

Dr Patel is the best attending I have ever had He always time to really listen and does not interrupt I only wish everyone could have him as their attending, but then he would would be so busy I have been with my mom to some of her providers recently and the difference is so stark Some are better than others of course, and some are very good but some could really work on their practice These are Virtua providers too btw This is about Dr Patel though and he's fabulous
