This was my first experience with telehealth and it was just as though I were in the office with the provider. Dr. Doshi has been my doctor for years. I trust her, I respect her, and I feel that I get the same attitude towards me from her. My questions were answered. It was a very good visit. I must say that the survey is a little bit too long. If you could cut out some of those questions, it would be helpful. Thanks.

Hi, the office staff is always friendly and polite and always makes you feel welcome when you come in. No sense of judgment anywhere from anybody. Dr. Doshi was very professional, very friendly, very polite, and knew what was going on before she walked into the room. The visit was quick but not rushed and I felt like she heard my concerns. I left very satisfied, very, very happy with the care that I received from Dr. Doshi.

Dr. Doshi was very professional and listened to my concerns. I would absolutely see her again and trust her with my care. This appointment with this provider was drastically different in a positive way than my last appointment with another provider.

Dr Doshi is the best. She always takes her time, listens and explains everything. I was so lucky to start coming to her a few years ago and will continue as long as she continues to see patients. She is very knowledgeable and cares. I am very lucky to be her patient.

Virtua needs to put more information out about AI feature used during visits. It it just recording and/or doing something else? Diagnosing making medical decisions for insurance companies or physicians?

The front desk and the medical assistant were great. I love Dr Doshi. She listens and explains things very well. I only had one bad experience. I was done and went to where I had always had check out. I waited and waited and finally a short medical assistant came by with another one just coming on duty at 8. She asked if I was checking out and I said I was trying , then very snarkily she said you need to go up front there is no one back here. She ruined the wonderful experience I had had until then. She could have been kind and just said, it is up front. It was impossible to know, no one was there as there was a purse and sweater on the chair as though the person would be right back. She might need a little attitude adjustment

I was very sick and didn't realize it. Dr. Doshi was very quick to assess the situation, was very thorough with her testing, and sending me to the ER.
