Both the scheduler who helped me setup [ ] was excellent. The scheduler’s supervisor was OUTSTANDING ( she gave me alternatives that no one had mentioned before); she helped me get scheduled for an [ ] (outside of the Heart Center, but within NCH). She is an excellent role-model and shares her knowledge of the system effectively and with grace! I’m impressed and consider the schedulers and [ ] excellent with their service.

This is the first time since using this establishment that anyone spent a proper amount of time with me, valued my input and went over all pertinent information. Sandra Kreul was exceptional.. this was the only time I saw her and I will request her each time.. she truly seemed interested in my health journey . Sandra Kreul is an amazing provider, she explained my medications, the orders she wanted me to have for our next follow up, and recent [ ] I had done previously. She was very friendly and personable. The check in/out staff was also awesome, Sheree in Bonita was great. Her nurse Whitley is also very knowledgeable and gets back to me regarding my questions quickly.
