Our first time at the office and it was a very good experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I'm very happy to have my kids as patience there.

Everyone was extremely friendly. Conversation was exceptional. Making sure my granddaughter was okay, top tier, even to the lady when she gave her her needle and I started singing to my grandbaby so she wouldn't cry. She started singing right along with us. Excellent experience. Have no concerns, no problems, no issues with this practice.

The staff was very much attentive to my son. A super caring staff as they also observed that I was having some health issues in which they did not just ignored. They checked my vitals and encouraged me to seek medical attention.

Pretty long. I would like, like, you guys should work on reducing the waiting time for the parent.

When you call an they try to fit you in on the same day...everyone is so wonderful there

It was a good experience the nurses and doctors were very nice comforting her with lots of stickers and toys. The only thing that was a little odd was the amount of ants in the room, floors, window sills. I don't believe it's a big concern just something the office may want to be aware of. We were in the room with the airplanes for reference. Besides that the staff and office is so lovely filled with plenty of things to entertain the kiddos.

My child had not seen an actual Pediatrician for over a year. All of the senior Pediatricians were retiring and there were the Practitioners , who were very nice and professional , but over a year is a long time for a child with disabilities to not see an actual doctor. The doctor ( Bispo ) was wonderful and I felt we got a lot accomplished. Thank you!

I've been going there for years and I want to say the nurse that I always have and I don't get her name, it's horrible I know. She always takes care of me in Tyler. She treats my boy like a tour and son. She's just amazing to him. She's very caring, great personality. It's like I've known her for years and we just connect, you know, we talk and she has a good heart, a great personality and I love that and the doctor was great, listened to me. I just want to say you guys got great staff over there. I wouldn't change it for anything. And I'd rather go to you guys and the one in, I think it's in Mantua. It's a little further from me, but I'd rather go to you guys. You guys are a great teamwork and I love going there all the time. That's it. Bye.

Office staff do not seem to be on the same page about how to handle cash pay situations.

The staff is always amazing!! Love the new doc, she was very attentive and made my child feel at ease
