Dr. Linares was very pleasant when he arrived. He explained what the procedure would be, and spoke to me as it was being done. He clearly explained what he (and I) were seeing as he examined my bladder. I particularly liked the explanation of what I was seeing as he worked. And he spoke to me as an equal, which I appreciated.

He was nice and followed through with a scope to check her bladder but seemed confused as to why providers at St. Peter's thought she needed to be seen. We have a follow up to talk about Botox so I was grateful for that. His medical staff could have been more helpful to me with my Mom who is handicap.
