Sandi McKay is the best general medicine provider my partner and I have ever had. She takes the time to listen and understand any and all concerns and issues. We will miss her and hope ahe can return to the practice at some point.

From check in to check out my experience was awesome. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and professional. To visit this practice is far from where I live, but worth every mile!!!! I will miss Dr. McKay very much. So sad to see her leave. Thanks again!!

This was my first time to this location and I was impressed with the entire staff and facility. Dr. McKay gave a thorough explanation of how the practice operates. She listened carefully to any concerns I had and asked lots of questions. She made some suggestions on what I could change immediately, before bloodwork. I was looking forward to continued care with Dr. McKay as I felt I was in really good hands. I'm very disappointed to hear that she will not be with the practice come March.

As much as I like Sandi, it would have been nice to learn directly from her that she was leaving the practice in a month. I learned from over hearing a conversation checking out. I have absolutely no information as to who will take over my care. This is coming at a critical time when I'm recovering from a hospital emergency. It is not a reassuring feeling and very hard to recommend a practice when you don't know who can/will take care you! Very disappointed.
