I do not believe she listened to my concerns in a valid fashion and she seemed too busy for my complex case. I went to desperate lengths in trying to convey to her my worsening struggles and was only met with push back from office staff about what I was messaging her and how often that I was messaging her. Extremely difficult to communicate with her and difficult to get an appointment. When I am seen, I feel like the appointment is dominated by the doctor with little to no chance for me to express my opinions and concerns. I feel like my concerns are diminished and that they didn't take what I was experiencing during migraine seriously enough. Instead of trying to focus on the cause of my worsening migraine attacks, we only focused on pills to address the symptoms. I needed better and more thorough care. It seemed as if Dr. Sanders was stretched too thin to sufficiently give me the attention that I needed. Everything always felt rushed and I was made to feel as if I was impeding the process by trying to communicate with her too often. Please improve your MyChart message system, when a patient sends a deeply personal message to their doctor, they want it to go directly to her. They don't need their messages to be screened and scrutinized before they reach the doctor. And if extra messages to the doctor increases the response time, than that is wrong too. Thank you

Dr. Sanders is an exceptional neurologist. She takes the time to listen to issues that you are experiencing and always wants to look into things more.

Audrey Sanders is great and caring doctor and take her time out of her day to sit down and really listen to you and try her very best and hardest to help you out the best that she can. She did not make me feel as if she needed to be anywhere but with me. She agreed to a phone call with my spouse and then explained her findings.She recommended further examination as a baseline or to detect minor changes.

Previously answered but.....Dr. Sanders was very knowledgeable and a wonderful listener. She understood my concern about a family member whose P-Tau test indicated a propensity toward early Alzheimer's. I inquired about a similar test and any area trials. She will be investigating what my insurance will cover.
