Dr. San Juan reviews medical history prior to entering the room. He asks questions to find out if you are having any issues even if you are there for a physical. He is kind, and explains everything very well.

For the same reasons I said above.
He also takes time to find out what is going on if you are having a problem. Keeps asking questions about symptoms and what has changed in your diet, meds, heath issues until he figures it out. Then has solutions on how to fix the issue.
