I would like to to say that when I walked in the normal receptionist was not there however there was someone at the checkout desk who was not busy and appeared to be on her phone that completely ignored me and another patient who was standing at the check in desk. After waiting several minutes we spoke up and asked if anyone could help us and the checkout receptionist said oh yeah, you can come around here. I'm sure she saw us earlier because the two of us were talking and wondering why no one was at the check in desk and why the checkout person was ignoring us. Not very patient friendly.

Provider great, as stated most staff were courteous/respectful.Say "most" as tech doing EKG, BP etc was not personable, not welcoming. Her body language projected she either didn't like her job and would rather not be there.

The entire Staff at Virtua Cardiology is wonderful at Marne Highway. I just love them, Dr. Ventrella and the Staff. They all make me feel so comfortable to talk to them. Can't say enough good things about them. I like the Cardiology division over and above all others at Virtua!

I've been to the Marne Highway location twice. Both visits the doctors were excellent as well as the MA! the front desk leaves a lot to be desired. They have no patience. They speak over you.. and do not listen. I noticed patients are mostly seniors, they need to learn patience. Unfortunately seniors are not as sharp as they once were and it takes a little more effort to articulate. I did not experience this issue at the Virtua Columbus office.
