He was very friendly, answered my questions , very knowledgeable about what my situation was about. He gave me assurance after the examination, told me what to do about my ears, and if it didn’t clear up to come back. He also told me about the harmful effects of using Q’ tips in the ear. I left there with more information about my present situation .
