Dr. Taylor & his MD Resident were wonderful! I know this is a challenging surgery for me, but as a patient with a complex health history, all my MDs recommend HSS. I know have the best care w/ Dr. Taylor & the HSS staff!

Dr Taylor did a thorough examination of my shoulder and my ability or lack thereof to articulate shoulder. He explained what possible procedures might be helpful but that we should try the simplest possible solution to the problem first. Because I never had an injection in the shoulder before that was the course of action to try first. He was very personable and informative.

I think he should have let me know prior to receiving a cortisone injection that it means you cannot have surgery for three months

Dr Taylor could not have been more surgically skilled, candid and honest in setting expectations and providing alternatives before and after surgery, understanding of and proactively educating on the psychological challenges that rotator cuff surgery patients endure during rehab, and just being excellent all around! His staff are excellent too. Dr Taylor is one in a million. I am beyond grateful to have benefitted from his expertise and care.

Dr Taylor is terrific! He’s knowledgeable, patient, and relatable. He immediately put my son at ease over his injury and made him feel confident that he would return to hockey at 100%.
