I have used the provider for several years and have always been extremely satisfied. However my last visit I had several issues to discuss and the provider was in a hurry and did not have time to talk to me at all. This has never happened before. I was very disappointed. I am not judging by this one incident but I hope my next visit will be better.

I really like the way I am treated as a patient by Dr. Uddin and her nurse Anethia [ ].
Each goes above and beyond the normal to address my health concerns. I truly appreciate them for their efforts.

Would have given a 10 if still on the third floor, but the fourth floor is so bright and open. The reception desk is more welcoming.
Cindy who was at the desk was excellent as first encounter and set the tone for the visit. Lizzie, who took vitals and initial gathering of medical information was very good and due to the new space was very relaxing atmosphere.
I appreciate Dr. Uddin. For the last two visits, I appreciated the opportunity to interact with residents and medical students.
