Dr. Amjad makes me feel as though she cares about my overall well being, my physical health as well as my mental state of mind. She takes every step she needs to, to make sure I get the care I need, whether is from her or a referral, and is just a very nice and pleasant person to deal with.

Dr Amjad is outstanding! It’s taken me 4 years to find a good PCP and I’m so grateful to have found her. She listens to me, explains everything and takes the time she needs. She has excellent skills and I’ve presented her with a difficult issue. I know she is researching and will help find answers. I adore Dr Samia Amjad!! I’m glad she’s planning on staying in Reno. This was my first visit with DR Amjad as my previous provider left. She was patient and listened to me my wife also is a new patient with DR Amjad and we saw her as a couple. I found her pleasant and very professional I am pleased that she will be our primary care doctor!

Dr. Amjad was incredibly helpful in working with me to connect me to the care I needed. Despite endless delays elsewhere in the Renown system, she responded to my messages on MyChart very quickly, and understood my concerns about my symptoms and situation. Finding a new health-care provider was my primary reason for this office visit. This was my first meeting with Dr. Amjad. This was basically a 'get acquainted' visit as my previous Renown provider left Renown earlier in the year. She recommended Dr. Amjad, and said I would like her and thought we would be 'a fit.' Dr. Amjad was friendly, had a warm personality and made me feel comfortable. She took the time to listen to some trivia I shared with her. Since this was a 'get acquatinted' visit, she mostly carefully went over my health records, asked a lot of questions, asked me if I had any concerns, etc. I liked her and am pleased that I found someone to replace my previous Renown provider. . I hope she liked me as well as one of her new patients..

Dr. Amjad has seen me twice, each time she is kind and takes all the time I need to get my health care questions answered. And she discusses WITH me how we should treat any conditions I am concerned about. I am so glad she is a provider with Renown and is my primary doctor.

This was my first visit with Dr. Amjad and I was very impressed with her! She was knowledgeable, explained things well, was very kind and she’s a good listener,…which I think is an important trait for a doctor to have. She told me if I have further questions or needed something, to please not hesitate to contact her. She told me how to do that and that she’s good at getting back to people pretty quickly. I believe that will be true, should I need something. I’m happy to have her as my new doctor! She’s a real attribute to Renown Medical Group! Thank You!!
