I saw Dr. Ahmed because Dr. Alvir was not available. I only needed an EKG for a procedure that I'm having on 8/28.

My appointment was in-person, but the doctor suggested I change it to virtual. I'd never done a virtual appointment, but it went well and I didn't need to go the extra distance to the office I wasn't familiar with.

Dr Ahmed and Elizabeth, MA are wonderful. Whether it's a follow up visit or something that seriously needs to be addressed, they provide support, resources and make both myself and my husband very comfortable. I wouldn't trade these 2 in for anything!!

Sorry got my feedback to staff/provider mixed up...Dr Ahmed got "staff" and I want to mention Elizabeth, his MA. She is very welcoming and has a very pleasant personality that makes more Dr appointments pleasurable, even if we have to talk about something serious. She really takes the edge off when rooming myself and my husband.

My initial visit to the Schoolcraft primary care office was positive on all levels, from receptionist, medical assistant, medical resident, Dr. Ahmed, and the discharge staff woman.

He is friendly, truly cares and always asks if I have any questions about what we discussed during the visit. I also appreciate the "recap"... prescriptions have been sent, we discussed your results, and the follow up instructions (see you in 3 months, 6 months, etc) plus the remainder that I can always send a question or concern through MyChart.
