She listened (much more than her nurse who came in first)-
Dr Blackmon was personable and was willing to listen and respond to my comments and questions about my illness. I felt very comfortable with her!

Dr Blackmon instills in you a sense that you can manage your healthcare. I like how in her visits she assesses any new issues and reviews what is needed and the goal that we have come up with and helps you see how to stick to it. You don’t feel that you have just wasted time coming. Her empathy is very real and soothing.

She’s a 10 across the board!! She is one doctor I refer my friends and family to without hesitation. She is always up on the latest treatments that can help you which means she cares enough to continue educating herself. That can be challenging, but she has the desire and ethics to do it.

I can’t begin to tell you what an amazing Dr and person Dr Blackmon is. She takes her time with you, listens to all of your concerns. Truly cares about you and how you are doing. Knows from previous conversations what’s going on in my life and about my family. I don’t ever feel like I’m being rushed through. She is truly a blessing and what a doctor should be. Wish there were more like her!
