They were friendly and even fun! But most importantly they took time to talk to me and explain everything. Then when it came time to remove my stitches they were very attentive when i was having a difficult time, they took care and patience to make sure i was ok.

Thank you for another successful full reverse replacement of my left shoulder. I had my right shoulder replaced last October and the consistency of care, and compassion is fantastic

Samantha Stevens, I highly recommend. Communication was fantastic. She took very good care of me, explained everything, responded to my questions through emails very quickly. I would definitely recommend Samantha and this entire office. And Dr. Quigley was my surgeon and he was phenomenal.

I am very pleased with the service that I received. Everyone is personable and attentive. I was treated in a timely manner. I did not have to wait long. It was very close to my appointment time and I'm just overall I have a good feeling about this situation.

Samantha has handled me all the time I've had my knees shot. She couldn't be nicer. She's very gentle and she takes time. She don't rush me in any way, shape, or form. She's a heck of a nurse and I'm glad I got her. Thank you.

Samantha is one of the best at BJC. Friendly, with knowledge and explaining what is going on as my pain changes. Veery professional with injections. Kind and compassionate. Never judges. She is a BJC star in my oinion.

Yes, I felt that Samantha was very, very good at explaining things and compassionately wondering what I was, what was, you know, in my mind that I had a problem with and just her friendliness is what I really appreciated.

Samantha Stevens has been instrumental as a provider for years because I've had a lot of arthritis and she's been helping me over the years have my hands be as comfortable as they can be, including surgery recommendations, which I did have, but I trust her with my life. She's the greatest, and if I could see her for everything, I would.

Everyone is also so helpful and kind. I'm usually upset when I go in but when I leave, I feel great. I have recommended this group to strangers who have asked about my surgery.
