It was my first time meeting Samantha. She took great care in making sure I understood why I was there, what to expect, and that I was comfortable before the injection.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
When Samantha entered, she was just as warm and personal in greeting me and that made my visit worth coming back n for. Her reassurance that my surgery scar was healing great and that the report she received from my PT was on target gave me determination to have it all together by my next visit which I look forward to.

Samantha is consistently top notch. She is intelligent, articulate, sympathetic, personable, and thinks outside the box to offer solutions and suggestions. I couldn’t be more pleased with the care I get from her.

Sam is exceptional at listening to my personal situation and not making me feel like I’m textbook but that I’m a person.

I LOVED meeting Samantha and staff. They were just awesome. I would see them anytime. They made me feel very at ease when We was getting a shot. Had excellent personalities and were so friendly and kind.

Ms Stevens was very kind and resolved issues I was having with a blister on my foot by draining and treating it. She also provided instructions for proper care, along with a supply of dressings for keeping it covered.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
This visit went very well. All staff was very pleasant and courteous.

NP Samantha Steven’s is an excellent and caring NP. This is my second TKR and she has been so helpful with my after care for both.

Samantha was friendly, caring and knowledgeable. She took her time, listened to me and provided great feedback and options and explained everything in great detail. It was nice to not feel rushed and have options given and concerns addressed.

Samantha was great at explaining my surgery that was performed. She also took the time to listen about another body part that has been causing me some pain and gave me guidance on that.

Samantha & the man that assisted her were great. She explained the xrays and treatment options very well. The cortisone shots relieved my pain overnight. Very pleased.
