I am not happy that I had to have a telemed meeting. The video did not wokr properly on my phone and i could not connect through Ma Chart. I had scheduled an in office visit and because the doctor would not be in the office I had to do the telemed meeting. If I didn't accept the telemed meeting I would have had to wait 2 months for an appointment. I feel very strongly that that Virtua should have provided me with the in office meeting you canceled! I will not accept a change like this in the future.

I'm very happy with the care Dr. Sokoloff is giving me. She listens to everything I say and provides great guidance and care. The whole staff at her office provides great service too !

It was very relaxing. I didn't have to make that 40 minute drive to the office. It afforded me time to take care of other things I needed to do.

It was fine in the beginning , but near the end I lost her but we still talked through telephone no screening , but she was very helpful

I'm extremely impressed with Dr. Sokoloff and her treatment and care of me. The earlier entries may have been insufficient to the appreciation that I attribute to Dr. Sokoloff. I would recommend her highly to others. And personally, I think she's just a wonderful human being.

I came from a previous endocrinologist that I saw for 40 years. He retired and referred me to my new physician. She was absolutely wonderful. Very good at listening and understanding ones concerns

It always feels like a battle. I always leave feeling frustrated. It's a struggle between my insurance company, my job coverage , the pharmacy and my doctor. Also I was told to ask my doctor about the hair loss and she told me to make an appointment with my primary. These visits are Very expensive and I wish I could just have one doctor that treats everything.

Dr. Sokoloff is a very good Dr. she has been caring for my thyroid problems and trying to help me solve problems with them. I'm set to have a biopsy soon on one that seems to be causing my problems. I have every confidence in her medical care.

Dr. Sokoloff was excellent. She took the time to discuss my most recent surgery, how I was feeling, and addressed several issues which went above and beyond what I was there for, which indicated to me that she cares about the whole person's condition, not just what is in the scope of her specialty.

Yeah, thank you. I had a very good time with Dr. Samantha and the rest of the clinician, from the receptionist to the nurse, everyone were very caring and they showed empathy. And like I've said, I will recommend any member of my friends and member of my family to Dr. Samantha. Thank you.

The wait time was disappointing. I waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes before being taken back to a room. 15 minutes later I saw the doctor.

Took about 4 months to make an appt, now will be 2 mo for a follow-up. Would have been 3 mo for a follow up, but the doctor correctly read my crestfallen face and is squeezing me in with a telehealth appt. Unless my bloodwork shows an issue, I don't understand what care/resolution i will be receiving over the course of 6 mo

I felt like she listened to everything that I said. She gave me suggestions, listened to my concerns, and gave me response to my concerns. Also always answers my messages when I leave them online in MyChart. So I do appreciate that care.

The provider took the time to discuss the condition and was very knowledgeable on my course of action and gave me a lot of advice and feedback. She took her time to assist me through the challenges.
