I was pleasantly surprised that there was no wait. Doctor was completely thorough with my case. All the check in and check out people made everything easy.

The wait time was disappointing. I waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes before being taken back to a room. 15 minutes later I saw the doctor.

Took about 4 months to make an appt, now will be 2 mo for a follow-up. Would have been 3 mo for a follow up, but the doctor correctly read my crestfallen face and is squeezing me in with a telehealth appt. Unless my bloodwork shows an issue, I don't understand what care/resolution i will be receiving over the course of 6 mo

I felt like she listened to everything that I said. She gave me suggestions, listened to my concerns, and gave me response to my concerns. Also always answers my messages when I leave them online in MyChart. So I do appreciate that care.

The provider took the time to discuss the condition and was very knowledgeable on my course of action and gave me a lot of advice and feedback. She took her time to assist me through the challenges.

Dr. Sokoloff was very thorough and friendly as always, and I have confidence in her. The medical assistant was not very friendly. She seemed to be more bothered than anything, and I did not appreciate that.

I love the fact that she thoroughly explains any medication that she recommends. That's huge for me. When I'm apprehensive about a new drug. She makes me aware that the side affects are minimal. She listens to me and treats me as an individual, not patient number__.

Dr Samantha Sokoloff is always available to go over best treatment options and is willing to help in any way she can. She goes over your goals and what you want to achieve . She cares about the person and the patient. This comes thru in her demeanor and her interactions. She is knowledgeable and has helped me navigate a complex situation and has been helping me come up with the best course of action. She also is responsive and will tell you what you need to know. I would highly recommend her to anyone that needs an experienced and knowledgeable Endocrinologist that is going to help you get your health back and also maintain it

De. S did one test and said " ok it's not that" and that was it. She did not want to further test anything else and was very dismissive. Absolutely ridiculous that I have to beg a doctor to do their job.

The only thing is that the secretary to schedule an appointment, that's a little bit difficult. And if they leave a message to tell you about an appointment, they don't come back. I have to call back. That's the only thing that should improve some. Thank you.

Yes, Dr. Sokoloff was fantastic. She took all the time she needed and she answered all of my questions. She knew I was a little concerned. She gave me the necessary attention that really made me feel good. So I feel good about working with her going forward. The whole staff was great. Thank you.

Yeah, I think Dr. Sokoloff is actually taking me in the right direction and giving me good information, but it's actually a combination of both her and her nutritionist that are helping me keep my blood sugars down and hopefully get them better and better over time.
