The person handling my case called 2 of my prescriptions in one was for wrong milligrams. (omreprezole) and the other one (lisinopril) was supposed to be for twice a day they called in once a day. I had told the doctor about both of them that it was wrong she called in anyway. Called for the last 2 days and talked to someone it still has not been corrected

Dr Samantha McAdams is a very good and knowledgeable NP, I would recommend her to my family. Her staff is very professional and all should have a raise. Very friendly and professional and caring staff. Please keep up the great job ? Thanks

Yes, Ms. Samantha was very patient, professional, and took the patience, was very patient with my aunt and myself, was listening in very detail to our needs. And I love her patience and willing to listen to what we were there for and to hear her feedback and what we should do for the next visit. So I thank Ms. Samantha for everything that she did for us. I was a new patient appointment and couldn't have been happier with my treatment. I called my wife right after my appointment and told her about my experience and convincing her to switch primary care physicians. So far my experience is 10/10.

My main concern is that I told the provider that I had experienced a severe sore throat for four days the week prior and she never asked me to open my mouth, look in my throat, or palpate my glands in my neck that I told her were swollen.

Doctors need to listen more to what medicine you think you need. Just because someone was addicted to something in the past does not mean they get addicted to everything they take.

Absolutely love my provider Samantha McAdams. She's always super sweet, accommodating, and helpful when treating me as a patient. The nurses are also always very efficient and clear. Front desk staff was not very welcoming.

I thought everything went well, but I forgot to ask her about my sinus, and I would like for her to recommend something that it seems to get into my throat, and that's it. I need something to, and I forgot to ask her about that. It's a sinus, and it's dripping into my throat, and tickling, and I don't want to cough with the sisters in office of prayer. Thank you.

Dr. Mcadams was so kind and knowledgeable. My son doesn't 'vibe' with a lot of doctors because he has had many surgeries and appointments growing up. She made him laugh and feel comfortable. So glad we found her!

The front desk were neither friendly or helpful. Both were busy on their personal phones. My appt was at 1:20pm. There was not a single other pt there- no one, yet I waited over 10mins to be called in. Then I waited over 15min for Sam to come in. She addressed most of my pre-sx concerns but gave me no directions or paperwork to be filled out. Sam said to wait for my horrible MA to come back to check me out. Another 5mins of my wasted time goes by before I asked the front desk to check me out. This important visit resolved nothing for me. I will be changing my primary immediately after my recovery.

Well, the office took me in right away to try to solve my health problem and I had a call back because I still wasn't feeling good and they responded to me right away and prescribed a prescription for me and we'll see how that goes now taken out. I thank Dr. Samantha for being very kind to me. I appreciate that very much. Thank you.

This was honestly the most traumatizing experience I've ever been through and it will forever affect the way I approach seeking healthcare. This provider did not attune to my needs as a patient, caused lasting psychological damage I'm now working through with licensed mental health providers, and undoubtably will go on to harm more people. Legally, or even medically, speaking, an investigation would likely find no fault to the provider... which is exactly what destroys confidence in our healthcare system. I will be taking my medical needs elsewhere, not to this office and not with Virtua.
