My regular doctor wasn't available the nurse practitioner that assisted me was very helpful but of course she wasn't knowledged on what was my status before I came otherwise she perform and offered great advice

Dr. Plasner is fantastic! Only her front office personal needs to catch up with her processing paperwork and authorizations because she is highly efficient.

This is a difficult question. I think all of your doctors are excellent. I have not had good results or conversations with your administrative staff and for that reason I am thinking of leaving. It is heartbreaking because I have been with my PCP for over 20 years, but it has become increasingly unpleasant to deal with your office staff at times and it's too challenging for me. I think your medical providers are absolutely excellent and I would give them all a 10. So that's the best and the most honest I can be with you. Thank you for asking and take care. Bye-bye.

So Dr. Samantha Plasner, he's a really committed doctor and she knows my history very well. She does her homework very well and she kind of like listens when her patients are speaking. So I recommended her to multiple of my friends. So they all have similar feedback as me. So I just wanted to say thank you. So improvements as such, I did not find anything because I am going for just for my wellness visit. So they heard me and they gave me all questions that I had, like they answered all my questions. So thank you. That's all.

Love and trust Dr. Plasner, she is very thorough and forward thinking. Arrived 15 minutes prior to appointment time as requested in reminders and pleased to be called back within minutes.

I always have a great experience at this office. Everyone is friendly and professional. I have entrusted Dr. Plasner with my care for over 15 years - she is always friendly and thorough with her explanations and instructions.

My interaction with the receptionist wasn't very welcoming, but I liked Dr. Plasner. I was not made aware that I'd have to share my health background with 2 students. The 3rd year was nice and I want her to learn, but I would not like to have two or three people examining and listening to me discuss my health problems.

I have been going to Dr. Plasner for over 20 years. She is an excellent doctor. I always feel that she goes over and beyond for my care. She reaches out to me when there's for any test results, whether it's positive or negative. I always feel seen and valued by her and supported. And I never feel as though I'm being rushed in my explanation for my visit. And she is, she's absolutely a wonderful doctor. And I couldn't have asked for a better healthcare provider. Thank you.

Dr Plasner is a truly attentive, compassionate, well-informed practitioner. My brother feels comfortable telling her how he feels as well as what his symptoms are. As my brother's medical proxy I can see how focused and receptive Dr Plasner is while she is assesses my brother and then clearly outlines the next steps for us to address and attend to.

I always have a pleasant experience. I book my well visit appointment ahead of time. Love my doctor! She carefully listens and makes suggestions. I know I can reach out to her anytime, and at her convenience she replies, which is usually fast.

Dr. Plasner has been treating me for the past four or five years. She takes her time listening when examining me. A rare quality for doctors. I've never felt rushed or pushed out. for her next patient. In addition to treating patients the ability to listen is a skill all physicians should be trained in. Clearly Dr. Plasner has that skill. Before Dr Plasner I've been treated by two other physicians at your facility, clearly they did not have the ability to listen.
