I always have a great experience with this office. I love the care and treatment I get from Dr. Plasner. She takes time to listen to me, to explain things, she refers me to excellent specialists when I need them. I trust her completely. She treats me like a person, not a client.

I am very happy with this primary care office. All of the staff are professional and very pleasant. Dr. Plasner is an excellent listener and includes me in my care when she makes suggestions and referrals. She's thorough and follows up with additional testing when needed.

My service dog has never been a problem in any of my previous doctors' offices . Just this office. The rules of having a service dog are as follows: the party or office are allowed to ask only 2 questions. Quote- "Is this a Service Dog? ....and " What task(s) does the dog perform? .. PERIOD ...

Dr. Plasner is the best. She listens to you and explains everything so you can understand and decide what is the best for you. As soon as you enter the office they treat you with respect and patience. The nurse was very attentive and professional. My family also are patients of Dr Plasner.

Dr. Plasner is amazing. I highly recommend her. But I have something to report to you that I have done in the past. Your facility is very, very dirty. You better change your cleaning crew. It absolutely is disgusting. I was so appalled behind every door, every corner. It was so filthy and dirty. I was even thinking of calling Channel 3 to come and check you guys out and post it on the TV, on the news. Please do something about the facility and clean up. Thank you very much. Bye-bye.
