I really loved Samantha. She was patient, attentive, and offered some prescription suggestions that I think will make a lot of sense.I would also like to thank the insurance crew. Initially my insurance declined to pay for Slynd, but they were able to make this happen within two days. Very helpful!The Hackensack acquisition of Brielle OBGYN, however, is concerning to me. Most of my beloved doctors who delivered my children left abruptly upon the purchase. I obviously have no ideas of the specifics, but this is truly a concern for many of us. Dr. Chang told me in 2021 that she loved her job and couldn't imagine anything better, and by late 2022 told me she was leaving the practice. Very disappointing.

The secretarial staff was very helpful. They gave me directions on how to get there because I was lost. They were very patient. They were very kind when I got there and they moved me right along to get into the office. The PA, Samantha, was fabulous. I thought she was great. I gave her a three on something, but I'm thinking maybe I shouldn't have because she was just excellent. It was about the illness of talking about an illness in the future. I'm not sure. I don't think I understood that. So I don't want that to be negative for her. She was just a 10, 10, 10 across the board. I was just thrilled. I came to her because I went to a urologist and the urologist was terrible. Two minutes, had nothing to say, just told me to go to a gynecologist. Nothing, I was just floored about it. And I got home, I was so upset, someone told me about Samantha. I called her and got appointed the next day. And I'm just so, so pleased. So it makes me feel good that there are people in the medical field that still care and what they help you with.

It was the first time meeting her and I was concerned about having to go over my history. She reviewed my chart and asked me questions to make sure she understood what was going on. She was excellent. She listened to my current concerns then made suggestions about how best to move forward.

Samantha Keenan was wonderful. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting her and having her as my health care person that day. She really explained everything and I really love her. So, in fact, she had called me twice already about my prescriptions because I had allergies. She's just a wonderful individual and Hackensack is very fortunate to have her and so am I. Thank you.

I was very nervous for this appointment and everyone from the office manager to the medical assistant and then the nurse practitioner / midwife helped me get through the appointment and make a plan to continue to another appointment. It's very hard for me to feel safe in a doctors office and I felt safe here.
