This was my first time seeing Dr. Collazo. She was referred to me by my HRT Specialist when I asked for a referral I could trust to work in coordination with rather than against my HRT Specialist. I had been seeing a provider at Axia who reacted very dismissively when I mentioned seeing an HRT and ultimately, I didn't feel like she was an advocate for me feeling better as I started the perimenopause journey. Meeting Dr. Collazo in person was such a relief. She listened to my concerns and was open to addressing some of the questions my HRT Specialist had encouraged me to bring up. She agreed with some of the perspectives and collectively we decided to make a modification to the prescription birth control I am taking. I'm grateful for her open-minded approach and do feel like she is more of a partner in my healthcare than just a dictator, but I also didn't come away with the sense that she wouldn't push back if she felt I was going down the wrong path for my best health. I'm very happy...and I hope you will share this with Dr. Collazo!

Dr. Collazo is an incredible provider and has always made me feel valid and heard in my medical needs/questions/preferences. The Westampton office & support medical staff was kind and courteous, and I didn't feel rushed at all.

The woman who checked me out seemed to be annoyed that I interrupted her on her cell phone...and even more annoyed that she had to read and print 2 scripts. Everyone else was very friendly

I was very fortunate that the navigator was able to get me an appointment on the same day and the GYN doctor and all the staff were very good to me and very professional. I would highly recommend them.

i'd like to explain that when I first called I was looking for a woman provider and I could not get one for several months. I actually showed up on the wrong day and this doctor had an opening and took me instead of me coming back the following week one of my original Dr, who was also new who would have seen me on the scheduled appointment. So the issue with getting a timely appointment is that none of the female doctors were available that I was interested in however I was lucky to get in with this Dr who was wonderful.

Everyone in the office is very helpful, kind and compassionate. I was going in for a D&E consultation for a miscarriage. My only complaint was that my husband and I were waiting in the waiting area with a mother who had a prenatal appointment. It was upsetting having to listen to the receptionist/nurse discuss with her what to expect for her appointment while we were grieving the loss of our baby. I think it would be beneficial to have a more private waiting area for grieving parents or to have them wait in the car to avoid triggers and sadness with what is already a very difficult time and appointment.

I was grateful to have an informed conversation regarding my sterilization options with Dr. Collazo. I felt like I was listened to, and there was space for me to ask my concerns/questions I had. I had a lot of anxiety about this appointment and my provider's welcoming demeanor helped me feel like my care needs were being met and I was not being judged for my personal health choices.
