I was there too early on a major clinic day..very busy. Hoped toget in early but failed. Not their fault.

I thought that Dr Zubair and his assistant were both very knowledgeable, cared about my mother and what she was experiencing, and made future appointments to take care of her. Everyone we encountered that day seemed eager to help Dr. Zubair to take care of my mother and answer all of our concerns.

I really didn’t get to talk to the doctor; his scribe interviewed me prior and then spoke for me and left out things I wanted to ask. It felt pretty rushed and somewhat predetermined what he would do with me, honestly. And I don’t know what the medicine he’s prescribed is supposed to do for me.

Dr. Zubair comes in late. This last time was almost an hour. Then he spends five minutes. Not good. He's a nice man, but this is unacceptable.
