I really appreciated the promptness throughout my entire visit. Not a minute of my time was wasted! The wait to check-in was very brief, and the person at the front desk was friendly, professional, and competent. They did an excellent job with being both quick and thorough, and set me up with all of the information and instructions I needed. I was called back within mere minutes of getting to the clinic for my appointment. The wait for Dr. Salim was also very brief, so I am very impressed with the schedule management. I was also able to go practically straight from the exam room to the lab. I sat and waited for hardly a minute before I was taken back for my blood draw. The person who performed my blood draw also excelled with professionalism, competence, and kindness. I used to work in a very busy medical practice where long, long waiting times for patients were extremely commonplace. I know the standard I saw for my appointment with Dr. Salim was difficult to achieve and very much hard-earned. Thank you.

I was disappointed by one of the doctors previously but now, I am very happy to have found Dr. Salim.

I did wish to have a little more detailed explanation of my test results. I felt that I was left questioning why my levels were the way they were, I don't know what to look out for, what to be aware of, if anything. I was concerned that some were high or low and really would have liked a better understanding as I'm not a scientist.

Dr. Salim was very helpful helping me change prescriptions from a psychiatric provider who was not serving me anymore, and that was really important. So I no longer need to see a psychiatrist that was not fitting my needs. I was really glad that my primary care physician could take care of that for me.

The nurse was also really great. In addition to Dr. Salim, Dr. Salim was fantastic. Also her nurse that seen me prior to Dr. Salim was very thorough, great, very nice, caring, compassionate as well. So I would just say that Dr. Salim's team in general is really, really great.

It was a 10 out of 10 visit, starting from when I came in all the way up until when I left. So yeah, I feel like the front desk, the person who works with us, she's always the face of the clinic, and you have an amazing and very welcoming receptionist. She was awesome. So yeah.

I've been a patient at the Fairview Uptown Clinic for years and have consistently had positive experiences. The front desk staff is always welcoming, and the physicians are exceptional. I've been seeing Dr. Salim for the past few years, and I can't say enough good things about her. She truly listens, asks thoughtful and thorough questions, and makes me feel like I'm her only patient. In today's fast-paced world, I deeply appreciate her attentiveness and care.

I really appreciate how Dr Salim takes the time to listen to my concerns and is extremely compassionate. She never makes me feel rushed or judged. It's really hard to talk about health issues as some doctors can be dismissive or condescending, but Dr Salim makes me feel like I have someone in my corner. That's a really big deal and I'm so grateful to her.

From the moment I walked in, the front these receptionist, the nurse assistant, the nurse who administered my vaccine, the lab tech and Dr. Salim, all made me feel heard and cared for. This is the best care I've ever received.

From start to finish, everyone was wonderful. Typically, going to the doctor is stressful because something is wrong. My visit was great. I am sorry I don't remember the lady's name who helped me checkin, but her friendliness and attitude helped kick everything off on the right foot. Doctor Fardows Salim is not my primary care provider, but I would see her again happily. She was knowledgeable and friendly and helped put me at ease. I have already recommended her to family and friends as someone I trust and would have as my own doctor. I am not positive, but I think my blood remover was named Abby. She was quick and friendly and pretty much painless. Before I knew it my blood was tapped and out and I was on my way. Thank you all.

First of all, absolutely wild that people can rate a doctor like they are an Applebees or something, but I digress. Dr. Salim was professional and genuinely seemed to care. Looking forward to continue working with Dr. Salim as time goes on.

I always find Dr Salims care to be warm, human, practical, but above all she has an excellent knowledge base. The clinic overall is excellent. I do hate the electronic clipboard questionnaires before being seen. It forces answers than do not create an accurate, descriptive or helpful scenario of what is going on with my health. It is a ridiculous waste. It makes me feel like I'm at a self checkout place that will give me the same kind of discount care. Luckily the actual care is phenomenal. Please get rid of the electronic clipboard.

The guy that brought me to the exam room, Eric, was the best patient care tech I've ever had. He was so kind and compassionate and explained everything so well. Dr. Salim is also great, she always makes me feel comfortable and answers all my questions.

Check-in was slightly awkward -- not bad but the woman mentioned to me that there was a payment plan. Not sure she should have expressed herself that way. Maybe in the form of a question? My care-takers (doctor and nurse) were fantastic.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Salim Fardows. Every time I see her I feel like I have her full attention and definitely am treated as an individual and that she is up to date on my chart before she comes in. Her communication (style and efficiency) is great- she's happy to go more in depth when it's something I'm familiar with or want to know more about. I've never felt talked down to/patronized. Any concerns or questions I've raised, I felt heard/listened to, validated/recognized, and was provided with her input as well as options/steps for addressing that concern should I choose to do so. Best PCP I've had and I leave every time thinking how much I like and appreciate having her as my PCP.

Everyone was very nice, including reception, the doctors, nurses, and students. And they allowed me to express my thoughts and concerns without rushing me or making me feel judged in the slightest. Had my test results back to me within a couple hours on MyChart.

I absolutely love doctor Salim. However there is another doctor there at this clinic that I have seen twice. And I never received this survey after seeing that doctor. And I would not recommend that doctor to anyone. I felt that this doctor did not care about me in the least little way. I almost felt belittled. And I did discuss that doctor with Dr Saleem.

As always Dr. Salim was superb! I have been coming to see her for a few years now and she has maintained her professionalism, kindness, compassion, expertise, humility, I can go on and on. I feel comfortable with her, she is so easy to talk to. She really makes me feel like my health is a collaborative effort. She's honestly the BEST doctor I've ever had.
