Would love more time and space to get deeper into areas I’d like support on. Felt the appointment was very fast and I didn’t have an opportunity to share what I actually came in for.

I would recommend better communication, especially when during the procedure something is found. I felt like I was not given more information about what next steps were going to be. Thank you.

Everyone from the check in desk to the nurses to the doctor are fantastic. I particularly liked the option that allowed me to be notified for earlier appointments that become available.

Getting into the building was confusing. There was construction at the door I usually go in. I ended up being late because of that and would have appreciated a heads-up via text reminder or My Chart.

The clinic really seems to have gotten their procedures down. The wait time is much less than it used to be, in the waiting room and the exam room. Thanks for that.
