Was nice, however didn’t understand the things that were being told to him regarding fluctuations in weight. Spent majority of the appointment talking about weight and not the thyroid issues.

15 minutes is not enough time for some patients and you’re not allowed to request longer appointment times. I have never been to a doctor and told they can only treat one of my symptoms that I’ve come to them for. That is not meeting the patient where they are.

I always take a family member with me to my appointments. There are things that I was going to ask Dr. Gaballa and forgot. My family member will remind me to ask the question or have questions of their own to help me control my diabetes. He always answers all questions and goes into details if needed. Dr. Gaballa is one of the best doctors I have ever had.

Never had a Dr that would personally call me to check how things were going . Called me at least 6 times in 2.5 weeks. This is one Dr who is dedicated to his profession and patients.

Since he was running behind he came in the room asked if I had any questions and left. After the procedure I was too sleepy to even know he was in the room. He reported to my husband.
