The office staff answers the phone which is something you don't get lately in many practices. If you have to leave a message they return your call very quickly. The staff is very polite and they explain any questions you may have. The doctor does not leave you waiting long.

Everyone was exceptionally good and Dr Jain was wonderful and very caring. I very much appreciated the visit with Dr Jain and the team was wonderful as well

The office staff was very kind and professional. The nurse was also very pleasant , calm and professional. Dr. J was agreeable, patient and dedicated a great deal of time in reviewing my information and getting to know me. When I spoke she listened closely which is an important trait for any physician. My entire experience was a positive one which is comforting because I am transfering from my internist who I have been with for nearly 20 years and, I really like and respect to Dr. J's practice. lastly, Dr. J responded to my email via my chart which is a detail I fully appreciate.
