Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
The previous visit to DR.Sajja seemed unusual to me in that it seemed that EVERYONE in the Drs. office acted with such competence and care I put it off as a mistake on my behalf. HOWEVER ,after this visit I see that the doctor and her entire staff has accomplished something that I have felt impossible in today's medical practice. Their work in this visit and as in the past is the absolute best I have experienced to date . Knowledge , concern and putting everything and everyone together as one is unusual and almost impossible as a unit but the doctor has done it.MY COMPLIMENTS AND HEARTFELT GRATITUDE on behalf of my wife and myself to everyone especially Dr, Sajja....

Everyone I interacted with (nurse, doctor & staff) were professional and patient. They even laughed at my jokes, which aren't always funny. I felt cared about as well as cared for.

I was the first appointment of the day at 8am. I waiting from 7:45 to 8:10 for the doc when she finally got in. My time is important too. If they aren’t going to arrive by 8:00 then don’t schedule appointments that early. The worst was no apology or acknowledgement of her being late.

I am 76 and have complete responsibility for my paralyzed wife ,24 hrs a day, whom this visit was for. In 2021 she was stricken with a stroke which left her in the condition that she is in now on her left side ,which makes treating her for her diabetic problems so much harder.During the past 4 years we have dealt with more than a dozen doctors and not one individual has taken the time or shown the personal concern and professional attitude toward my wife that Dr.Sajja and her team of "people" have . My experience with the people at all levels in this office has given me a great feeling that "maybe" some improvement in her fight with diabetes can improve her condition as a whole. In short, I can go on and on but nothing can say more about Dr,Sajja that would not sound made up .
