I have recommended St Al's to all my friends and neighbors. I received exceptional care by a professional and caring staff. For some reason the facility had a calm and peaceful feeling about it from the minute I walked in the door. I wasn't just a credit card number but a real person that was in pain and scared. The entire staff took care of not only my shattered shoulder but also my spiritual and mental health. They've got it.

Dr. Vetter is very understanding to medical issues. He helped me with all my issues. His nurse was extremely nice. Phyllis in the lab department was so nice.

This office visit was the first time I felt very welcomed. Dr Hoffman had taken the time to read up on my complete medical history. From current medacations, previous test, ex rays, blood lab results. Surgery's.
Every previous doctor visits. The doctor was quickly glancing over my chart as they were walking into my exam room. When I misquoted a medication. Dr Hoffman chimed in "did you mean" and said the correct name. This proved Dr Hoffman had read up on my current medacations. When I was describing my surgery she explained what the test had revealed. Explaining them in simple English in a way I could understand. This proved she had read up on my complete history. Remembering dates of procedure's, lab and ex ray results. She even pointed out a error that had happened and explained how she corrected it. (While I was in the hospital one of my medications was increased. Dr Hoffman noticed that my current medacations that the one medication had not been increased.) That is an exceptional work. My believe is if you tried to make anything better in this Doctor's office it would be for the worse. From hello to making my next appointment along with my other appointments. To good bye. I felt really good about my visit. A very welcomed surprise. My past experiences with hospital visits. I have had a negative feelings about doctors and hospitals. After my visit with Doctor Hoffman. I no longer hold that negativity about Doctors.

From the check-in to the checkout process everything went smoothly. At my visit I had interactions with the front desk gals , the MA, my PCP, a gal in the lab and a guy in X-ray. Everyone was friendly, explaining everything very well, and I felt like all my concerns were addressed. You can expect great care !

From the very beginning of my telephone instructions exactly where to go for all my treatment was exactly true and easy to follow, to the end of contact with every customer related interaction, and the Dr I had Dr Gamboa, a neurosurgeon, was outstanding.

I am so thankful for Willow Brasher and her staff. When I am unable to see my regular cardiologist, she always does her best to work me into her schedule and help me with the symptoms and concerns that I am having. She is thorough, listens to me, explains what may be causing my symptoms and includes me in making any adjustments that might help. She orders any tests that she feels may be needed to rule out other problems. She is caring and makes me feel that she hears my concerns and does all she can to help me address them. She sends very complete reports to my other doctors which they have appreciated and mentioned to me. I would highly recommend her .

Physician, nuurses and staff all treated me and my health needs wiith care in a responsiveness to my unique concerns and health care needs. I felt heard and comfortable asking questions.

This was my very first visit. I was treated as if I had been a patient for years. Called by my nickname, which I didn't expect, and listened to my needs and concerns. I would highly recommend if you need an amazing oncology team.

This was by far the most wonderful experience I’ve ever had in medical care. From the first phone call to make an appointment the person was great with helping me with directions as I was new to the area and just went that extra mile. On my first appointment the people at the front desk were wonderful, the doctors assistant that asked questions was very warm and personal and Dr Meacham is the best PA that I have ever encountered. She has such a pleasant manner and was so great at listening and advising that I left that center with a huge smile.

Mary Crow was an exceptional doctor, I will refer her to my family and friends if they could benefit from her services.
She was easy to talk to with a great sense of humor! Very knowledgeable!

When I enter this office to see Dr. Matthew Young, I feel as if I am the only patient that is being seen that day. Everyone....is professional and welcoming and the Dr. takes time to listen and explain everything to me. I feel very validated.

Beautiful new offices with in house labs .
Check in is well coordinated. Short wait time.
Dr Carbonell is very friendly and personable.
Very easy to talk with, and she was definitely interested in my opinion very polite. She listened well.

St Alphonsus physicians are excellent diagnosticians, thorough and conscientious, and their treatments work well. l am very grateful to be an established patient at the internal medicine clinic. All three MD's who have treated me over the years have my complete trust.

Met my new doctor who was very professional and thorough. She had reviewed my medical history ahead of time so was familiar with any issues I have. Remodeled facility is nice, very clean with plenty of space.

Everyone there are very nice and care about you. I drive an hour to go see my doctor & they work with me very well if any tests or images are needed so I do all the same days.

I’ve seen many Doctors over time and Dr. Carbonell and her team have been nothing but supportive, kind, understanding and patient. She’s a great listener and helps me navigate everything that I am concerned about in my checkups. I appreciate her honesty and feedback. Carbonell’s team of caring nurses are friendly and understanding. I appreciate and admire them in what they do for their patients.

Was seeking advice on my sore shoulder. Went to urgent care first hoping to see anyone who may have training in shoulder pain, they stated they can get me a same day appointment with Dr Ward who has training in treating shoulder pain. It worked out great.

Dr. Care a doctor was well prepared by reading up on the notes prior to prior doctors. She was very a good listener and she was very easy to understand as far as what her suggestions are for the future and what we should keep an eye on and what we’re doing well with so I was very grateful for that. The staff was very good. The only thing that was lacking was the person who signed you in just didn’t seem to be very happy to be there but that’s a tough job to do anyway in the desk with signing in people one after another. so thank you

I’ve had a really great experience with Dr. Young. He takes the time to listen and doesn’t make you feel rushed, which I really appreciate. I felt like my concerns have been taken seriously, and everything was explained in a way that made sense. What stood out to me most was how easy he is to talk to and I felt comfortable asking questions. He has been thoughtful about next steps and making sure I understood my options before moving forward.
I would definitely recommend him as a PCM to others.
