Our first visit with Dr. Allen Wong was a huge bright spot in the medical milieu. We had been with the same provider for 25 years, but had to change because our insurance plan was canceled. Dr. Wong came highly recommended by family members and we three were extremely happy with Dr. Wong‘s professionalism, his proactive approach and especially with how thoroughly he welcomed us into the practice. I have already recommended him to our neighbor. And his notes on my chart were so clear and concise that we know what to do with all of our follow up instructions.

The team of Dr. Katherine Miller and Tricia Sloan is the best I've ever experienced. Professional, sincerely caring, interested in KNOWING their patients, respectful and responsive to my concerns.

The Fracture and Trauma Clinic was compassionate and professional. I would recommend this place to everyone. My surgeries went great. My pain was managed well. Very sanitary as my scars have healed great. No redness or infection. The people and surgeons are very comforting and professional

We feel incredibly fortunate to be under the care of the geriatrics department at St. Alphonsus. From the very beginning, the entire team has shown an exceptional level of kindness, patience, and professionalism. They take the time to explain things clearly and thoroughly, always making sure my parents feel heard and understood.
Special thanks to Brigette McCoy, who treats my parents with such compassion and respect. She is truly one of a kind. And to Doug, the pharmacist, who carefully walked my dad through each of his medications, giving him the confidence and peace of mind he needed.
With my mom facing Alzheimer’s and my dad living with Parkinson’s, it’s hard to express how reassuring it is to know they’re in such capable and caring hands. We are beyond grateful for this team and the support they provide. This kind of care is rare, and we don’t take it for granted.

I had previously seen Dr Swanson and it was a terrible experience Dr Axtell was like a breath of fresh air in comparison.

Great service by Dr Randel and staff. She had reviewed my medical history and records and addressed my health issues and answered all the questions I had. I would recommend her and St Alphonsus highly to others.

Very good care on my visit on 1/16/26 from the reservation staff to and with Dr. Nilson. All of the staff I interacted with were caring professional in their jobs and msde me feel very welcomed. All staff listened to me and understood what I needed as the patient.

Dr. Arnold is an excellent doctor. I would recommend her to anyone who needs to visit a ObGyn. She takes the time to listen and explain different options for treatment.

My introduction to Saint Al’s has been all very positive they’ve been efficient. The mailings have been excellent. The staff has been warm and friendly. I was very much a fan of St. Luke’s (18 yrs) and didn’t think that anyone could do a better job than them but so far I’m seeing lots of positives in my new direction.

Let me first say I hate going to the Dr, always feeling like a piece of merchandise to be sorted in and out for profit. But Dr Randal and her staff are a game changer, they actually listen explain, treat me like a real person who is worthy of cared for not just at ticket with a prescription to try and shoved out the door quickly. They are amazing. Treat everyone with dignity and respect no BS, I'm thankful to have found true healers! This world needs more like them.

My oncologist, Dr Ru at Saint Alphonsus Hospital in Boise, Idaho, is a mature oncologist, good knowledge on the cancer field and bone marrow transplant. She has high communication skills and always speaks in a manner that is easy for me to understand. If you need a cancer specialist, I highly recommend you give her a try. Very caring physician.

Dr. Avancena is very knowledgeable. My father is 85 and was very nervous to start this cancer journey. She took the time to make him feel at ease and joked with him. That made all the difference in his motivation. Her nurses were caring, and knowledgeable as well. Definitely five star staff
